The following breakdown provides transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden costs, enabling confident budgeting while receiving comprehensive support. Each component is designed to deliver maximum value aligned with your technology needs.
12-month initial term beginning first day of following month. Auto-renews for successive 12-month periods unless 30 days' written notice provided. HaaS terms are 36 months.

Payment Terms
Monthly fees due on 1st of each month with 15-day grace period. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly finance charge or maximum allowed by law.

Service Level Agreement
Critical requests: 2-hour response. Non-critical: 8-hour response. Onsite support 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday included with coordination.

Confidentiality & Protection
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Provider follows industry best practices and complies with applicable privacy laws.
Important Liability Disclaimer
Unprotected Devices
BrightWorks Technologies strongly recommends all devices connected to your network be included under our managed protection and security services.
If you choose to exclude or decline coverage for any device(s), BrightWorks Technologies cannot be held responsible for any issues, breaches, damages, losses, or disruptions that may result from or involve those unprotected devices.
This includes cybersecurity incidents, data loss, unauthorized access, or network outages originating from or affecting unprotected devices. By declining protection, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for associated risks.
Limitation of Liability
Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, Provider's liability shall not exceed total fees paid by Client in the preceding six months. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
